This hands-on, practical workshop focuses on how to effectively lead and manage a virtual (or remote) team. So much rides on the success of a team – and when you have a virtual team (whether across the world, across the country or in the next state) there are many more challenges on a daily basis that affect team performance than most managers realize. When managers recognize those challenges, and address them early on, they increase the success of their virtual team. In today’s world, nearly every organization needs to work across time zones or from a variety of locations. Poor team performance will ultimately affect the ability of a virtual team to meet objectives and accomplish goals. This workshop is designed to provide managers and leaders with a variety of best practices to enable for success of their virtual teams.
All participants will be provided templates to use back on the job.
