The Leading Change program far exceeded my expectations. The Transition Process visual, along with the articulation of what people need at each stage of the process, was literally life-changing for me. I was challenged with new ideas and thought processes, and by the end of day three, I was able to develop a practical and actionable plan that I have already begun discussing with my stakeholders.
