Abudi Consulting Group worked closely with us to create a strategy focused on key goals for our organization as well as pathways to achieve those goals. They spent time understanding our organization and its needs and working with us to develop strategies and tactics that took into account limited resources to implement. They opened the door to a completely new path for our employees, heads of units, and managers to work separately and together to achieve the goals. They left us all with new skills for how to think critically toward building strong strategies, and we are looking forward to more training from Abudi Consulting Group in the near future.
