I worked with Gina Abudi on a project for a medical device company. Gina led the change management workstream on that project. She was easy to work with, detail-oriented, did a great job engaging leadership in creating a vision, and developed messaging and documentation to manage the expectations of stakeholders as the organization went through change. Gina is focused on the needs of employees – ensuring they get the information they need and understand the why of what is going on – so they can adopt the change in the organization. She worked closely with leaders in the organization, making sure they were aligned and bought into the changes and coaching them to ensure they engaged employees in the change.
