Strategic Management

  • In this workshop, leaders will learn the value of appreciative inquiry to change how they, and their employees, think – focusing on strengths and successes. The use of appreciate inquiry as a tool for positive change as well as the Four D and Four I Models will be discussed.

  • This workshop will share a variety of best practices in strategic planning. It can be delivered for intact groups, helping them get started on strategic planning. Alternatively, it provides managers at all levels an understanding of the strategic planning process and how they can and should contribute to that process.

  • Systems thinking provides a practical method for solving and managing complex issues by looking at the “big picture.” By looking at the big picture, we are able to understand the impact of decisions we make by looking at issues taking into account organizational culture, people, policies, processes, technology and the history of the organization. Using a variety of case studies and activities, participants learn how to take a systems thinking approach to resolving complex issues.
