We collaborate closely with executives and Boards of Directors from mid- to large-sized national and global organizations to lead strategic change initiatives. We also support employees to embrace change through leadership coaching, consulting, and training programs.
We start with a Change Readiness Assessment for each change project, which evaluates the organization’s readiness for a change initiative. This assessment considers:
- Current organizational circumstances, including organizational culture
- Communication strategies
- Past change initiative success
- The complexity of the change at hand, both relative to past initiatives and current organizational objectives
Our assessment has helped organizations enact changes effectively and gain support from across the organization. It also makes it easier to plan change projects and communicate about them.

Global Pharmaceuticals Company
In collaboration with the client, Gina led change and communication efforts for a significant initiative arising from executive strategic planning. She traveled extensively with the CEO to engage employees worldwide, highlighting the significance of the proposed changes. While the CEO emphasized the benefits for the organization, Gina focused on explaining why these changes mattered to employees. She also developed and executed a comprehensive change management and communication strategy to prepare the organization for upcoming transformations.
