Leadership Programs

We offer programs for leaders of all levels – from new supervisory staff to executives and senior leaders. Each program is customized to your needs and run from 3 months to one year in duration.

  • This program helps new supervisors move from being an individual contributor to managing others. A focus on key skills necessary to be successful in engaging and leading employees are covered in the program. Our program often includes partnering with Human Resources who facilitate content specific to the organizational policies.

  • This program is focused on mid-level managers who have both direct and indirect reports. The focus is on the next level of skills necessary to be successful in leadership roles such as collaborating cross-functionally, developing and sharing a vision to engage employees in the organization and leading change and continuous improvement.

  • This is the shortest of our leadership programs and is only one day in length, usually delivered over two half-days. The focus here is on maintaining high levels of performance through growing organizations, relying on leaders at all levels to foster a culture of collaboration. A 360 assessment prior to the workshop is optional and enables for leaders to understand where they are strong in leading the organization and where areas of development exist.

  • This program is geared toward those leaders who have been identified as potential executive leaders in the organization. A 360 assessment is a component of this program. Participants have the opportunity to work on a cross-functional strategic project as part of the long-term, year-long high potential program.
