No stranger to change and transformation herself, Gina is the lead author of Best Practices for Managing Business Process Improvement Initiatives: Six Simple Steps (J Ross Publishing, 2015) and the author of Implementing Positive Organizational Change: A Strategic Project Management Approach” (J Ross Publishing, 2017). Her expertise is your guiding star in the turbulent sea of change.

Yusuf Abudi

Yusuf Abudi

Yusuf brings a wealth of experience in process management, IT strategy, and business intelligence to the table. His adept utilization of technology to enhance workflow efficiency and foster collaboration is evident through his creation of internal portals and business applications tailored to support long-term strategic goals. He collaborates closely with clients, facilitating their ability to swiftly adapt to changes in their respective industries through comprehensive analysis and reporting. He is also the co-author of Best Practices for Managing BPI Projects (J Ross Publishing, 2015), which he wrote in collaboration with Gina.

Gina and Yusuf enjoy hiking, kayaking, bicycling, and entertaining friends and family members at their home. Gina loves her mystery books and one day plans to write a mystery of her own! Yusuf is the cook in the family and regularly cooks elaborate meals for just the two of them, as well as family and friends. Yusuf is also a photographer and enjoys taking photos of nature and wildlife. And both enjoy the work they do with a number of non-profits focused on refugees and highlighting the arts.
