  • I worked with Gina Abudi on a project for a medical device company. Gina led the change management workstream on that project. She was easy to work with, detail-oriented, did a great job engaging leadership in creating a vision, and developed messaging and documentation to manage the expectations of stakeholders as the organization went through change.
