Change is constant and always stressful for those who have to implement the change and for those affected by the change. However, change is necessary and provides the organization opportunities for growth. The biggest challenge in many organizations is how to effectively manage change initiatives – regardless of their size and complexity – while keeping the day-to-day work of the organization moving forward. There are always more individuals within the business that have to be involved than initially thought and getting buy-in is essential to success of the initiative. Leadership alone cannot drive the change, the support of employees from throughout the organization will be required for success.

This workshop will provide participants with a plan for designing, socializing, implementing and measuring change initiatives to ensure they are successful. Best practices for engaging employees in the change initiative to accomplish goals as well best practices for converting resisters to champions will be shared.

A variety of discussions and problem solving scenarios relevant to the client’s business will be used throughout the workshop.

This workshop is available as a 2 hour or a 4 hour session. In the 4 hour session, participants will begin to plan for an upcoming change initiative with a focus on best practices for initiating the change initiative and ensuring the right people are involved.
